Description: This exhibit shows two attempts to close a wound defect: First time uses a local rotation flap which did not heal, then a second attempt is made by harvesting a free flap from the wrist and placing it over the distal leg wound. A skin graft is taken from the thigh, it is meshed then placed over the wrist wound and secured with sutures.
