Post-accident condition with severe fractures to the proximal tibia. 2. Initial fixation of fractures with multiple plates and screws. 3. Subsequent condition with failed fusion and valgus deformity. 4. Revised fixation with removal of old hardware and application of large external fixator system- continued deformity is present in the tibia. 5. Final condition after tibial realignment with placement of a smaller external fixator.
